Beth Newell writes and performs comedy in NYC. She has contributed to The Onion News Network and currently writes for the weekly sketch show RIPE at The Magnet Theater. She has also performed at The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in shows including The Spin: Improvised Political Satire and Blackout! You may remember her work with the indie improv team Bombardo or her brief appearance on the web-broadcast reality show Project Improviser. Often she can be found by walking into a public restroom in which the lock is not working properly.
